All our pricing plans include the following services.
- Self Assessment
Preparation of self assessment tax returns for two directors.
- Annual Accounts
If you’re trading through a company you’ll need to prepare and file annual accounts with Companies House and Revenue & Customs. We’ll ensure the accounts are prepared in the appropriate format and filed by the due date.
Corporation Tax Return
We’ll prepare the tax computation for the company and file it with Revenue & Customs.
- Xero Online Accounting
A standard subscription to Xero with as many users as required, to manage your business finances. It can save you time and provide lots of useful information to monitor cash flow and profits.
- Company Secretarial
We act as the registered office for many clients which means we receive and deal with correspondence from Companies House and Revenue & Customs. We also file the annual return with Companies House.
Any business operating a payroll scheme needs to file monthly with Revenue & Customs, we’ll do this as part of our payroll service as well as delivering your monthly payslips for two directors.
- Fee Protection Insurance
All our plans include fee protection insurance so that if you or your business are investigated by Revenue & Customs our fees for dealing will it will be met by an insurance policy.
Business Size Guide
Small – Turnover under £150,000
Medium – Turnover between £150,000 and £750,000
Large – Turnover between £750,000 and £3m
All prices are exclusive of VAT and based on 12 months of service, our fee for part of year will be agreed at the start of an engagement.
